HPK engineering.a.s. provides complete designing and engineering activities in the investment construction in the following fields :

• We develop:
     - project documentation for zoning and planning decision (for environmental      decision);
     - project documentation for building permit;
     - project documentation for execution (implementation or realisation);
• We design complete new constructions, reconstruction and modernisation of plants;
• The documentation is established in comprehensive way for both technological and civil works included all required professions. All required professions are made by our employees;
• We establish also separate projects of professions (roads, distribution of water and canalisation, electrical distribution, transformer and distribution station, gas distribution, central heating, airconditioning, steel constructions, and etc.);
• We develop the documentation of the projects as-built state;
• We carry out the supervision during the construction works.

• Complete services for construction of investment units from placing the purchase ordersup to the commissioning;
• We offer co-operation at preparation and implementation of the investment actions. Our offer includes comprehensive services at the first stage, i. e. provision of development of the project for building permission, obtaining building permission, provision of development of implementing documentation, provision of all engineering geological and topographical explorations;
• Discussion of the documentation for the planning and zoning proceeding with the involved authorities of state administration, organizations and physical persons for the sake of commencement of the planning and zoning proceeding and elaboration of the proposal for commencement of the planning and zoning proceeding;
• Discussion of the project submitted for the building proceeding with the involved authorities of the state administration, organizations and physical persons for purpose of commencement of the building proceeding, elaboration of the proposal for commencement of the building proceeding and complete arrangement for the building permit;
• Preparation of the documents for selection of contractors for the construction;
• Performance of clerk of works in accordance with the guidelines and practices valid in the Slovak Republic;
• Conducting activities of the senior surveyor of the site;
• Conducting activities associated with the construction quality control and elaboration of the documentation for the quality control;
• Acceptance of deliveries and jobs by the employer from the contractor including participation in such an acceptance;
• Preparation of the photo documentation from construction progress;
• Participation in individual testing and comprehensive tests;
• Participation in trial operation;
• Removal of apparent defects and shortcomings specified in the records on acceptance of deliveries including the requirements arising from the practical completion proceeding;
• Organizational assurance of the practical completion proceeding and issuance of the certificate of practical completion, or permission for temporary use of the plant.

• According to the customers´ requirements, we perform copying and binding services;
• Blueprinting is done by the new electric graphical digital machine OCE 9700.
